We care just as much about what goes into the food as how it tastes, no seed oils, as much made in-house as possible, and a focusing on supporting local vendors, and sourcing ingredients we actually feel good about serving and eating.
It’s not trying to be just a coffee shop, just a bagel spot, or just a burger place. It’s an all-day neighborhood café made for stopping in, staying awhile, and coming back way too often. The menu matters, obviously. But so does the music, the people, the little details, and the feeling you get when you walk in.
